You just wasted about 12*10 electrons. In case you haven't figured it out by now, nothing, absolutely nothing, will dissuade theHog from his obsessions and village idiot postings.

Well I take that back. He could get banned, which would stop his trolling. But that won't happen as the forum considers him always good for a chuckle with his "rumors". "predictions", or the fact that he likes to make s**t up whenever it fits his agenda.

Or he could finally realize obsession #1 - he could get a date with Lance's mom. And that would remove his major impetus for posting. He would be busy with other things. But not her things - comprendes?

Well it looks like the Floyd Landis full confession letter (just announced) will be the real crash for Armstrong. That ends the Tour campaign for Lance.

Please clarify..... I can't figure out whch theHog posting category this is coming from. Is it:

1) theHog "ooh, I heard a rumor"

3) theHog just making s**t up

I am confused about your post. I think you meant to indicate that there was some substance, information, or breaking news regarding theHog post. I am having a hard time finding any of the above. I apologize for not being able, at this time, to find anything like that. Since I am barely computer literate, I would appreciate if you could post some links to anything with substance or additional information that has any kind of basis outside of the the typical rumor, prediction, or some forum poster just making s**t up based on a CN headline.

It is a bit disingenuous to pretend it is not a wee bit disruptive, and if you have been following various threads in the last week, you know the problem is getting worse and that many posters are asking theHog to STFU or just spend his day in the LA thread or confine his doping posts to the clinic.

Not quite. The CN headline and story is pretty explicit.

And for once, it's not a silly rumor thehog made up. It's a news story on a legitimate sports website. These guys here call themselves journalists, not bloggers, rumormongers etc. So it's not that easily dismissed (although they still might have screwed this up)

Regarding the sprint, it appeared JJ Haedo crossed into Cav's line causing him to pull up, or Cav just pulled up because Chicci had him beat and didn't care where he finished if not first. Either way, it was precisely the way you beat Cav and HTC: disrupt the leadout. I wouldn't call it "lovely;" Cervelo controlled most of the approach, HTC didn't have all their guys, and Renshaw was forced to launch Cav early. If they were able to control the approach as they normally do, I suspect it may have been different. Regardless, it's a good win for Chicci. Seems weird to see Cav on the podium's bottom step.

Just watched an english Eurosport stream. The commentators talked a bunch of bull****. They said they hadn't seen the likes of Sagan in TT. WTF? He was 5th in the prologue in Paris- Nice (behind Boom, Voigt, Leipheimer and Contador) and 2nd in the prologue in Tour de Romandie (behind Pinotti, in front of Rogers among others).

He certainly looks like a decent TT-guy. He can do very well, if not win the TT.

As Dekker_Tifosi says, he's only good in prologues, probably due to his aggressive approach and more than decent acceleration. If you've seen his time trial in Romandy (where he finished 1½ minute after Rochie Porte as no. 30), you've noticed that he has a lot of work to do regardgin his position on the bike - it looked like absolutely crap! That being said, he should be able to improve drastically in that area, which means he'd have the potential to do good in TT's later in his career. But for now, as his own DS states, he'll be nowhere near the victory in a longer time trial with guys like this...
