It's only 32 virtual kilometers. I have no idea if the actual race will last one hour, or if just the broadcast will last one hour.
Broadcast starts at 15h30 CET. It can be viewed on Sporza, but that will likely be geoblocked outside of Belgium or Europe, and Belgian national TV "één".
GCN seems to be a lot of people's best bet. (Though also geoblocked in at least Belgium).
