Me the Dutchies and Pistolero have some banter every now in a while and its all in good humour. Thats why we participate on these forums. If it was all "Gap is 50 seconds, Soler falls, Contador wins," etc this forum would be nothing more than a substitute for the ticker.

Maybe one day youll lighten up and understand.

which prooves my point taht when riding long time for rabo u23 you have less progression margin because the tt3 was so professional already in everything taht riders were on their max almost. same with the danish gls team but they were even worse. ever wondered why guys like lund, pedersen, gudmund nielsen, vinther, steensen etc never broke through but guys like chris sorensen and fuglsang did?? same reason

Looking at the results, I'm impressed by the ride of Lars Petter Nordhaug in 7th. When I first saw the result I thought that it must have been a big group he finished in behind the top guys but he has in fact outclimbed a lot of very good riders. I think this is the strongest result he has had in his career considering the oposition.

Garmin sure sucked... they had Danielson, Dan Martin AND Vandevelde here. Danielson 26th at 2:30, Martin at 7 minutes, Vandevelde at 8 minutes...

soler is really weird. I've sene him nearly drop di luca in milano torino downhil of 2007, but he can also be really ****ty at them. the problem is less his handlign skills more insecurity and riding in a peloton and like I sayd when eh sees other guys crashing, selffulfilling prophecy.
