I don’t know how accurate it is for every season before 2000 but Cipo is at 5, Petacchi 6, Merckx 10, Hinault 7.

PS: i should probably add that his name likely means "from the swamp/marshlands". While "broek" in current Dutch means "pants", it was the word for what we currently call "moeras". A lot of cities in the center of Belgium are build upon/around soggy lands. Leuven and Brussels being the most known examples. Brussels was originally called Broekzele (which is still evident from how French speakers call the city "Bruxelles"). So "uit de broek" is more likely to mean "he who comes from the swamp/marshland".
