Does anybody know much about Bialoblocki to know about this ride? He seems to be a decent time trialist until this past few months.. And rides at a lower level than all these guys.

His new team One Pro Cycling have seemed to be quite dominant in Britain in their first year this season.

A journeyman rouleur. If you were being generous you could say this shows Britain needs more 2.1/2 stage races so we know more about the talent there, otherwise this looks like a big jump at the age of 32. Worth noting he has had stage wins over several years of the Tour of Ireland (An Post Ras) and won the overall there at least once.

He doesn't seem to ride much races that feature TT's so it's hard to judge!
