Don't understand why UAE didn't let Pogacar attack in the final. In that case Ulissi could have profitted from Vlasov and Visconti, or Pogacar could have gone for the win and take a podium spot in GC. Now neither UAE rider won, and Pogacar didn't make the podium.

Also Hermans is a dumbass. Two stages in a row, where he is too far back, and has to start the climb with a deficit, bridging gaps. Today he never made it to the front.

Vlasov was always a good U23 rider as well, but he was always in the shadows of Bernal, Sivakov, Lambrecht etc... But he was always more or less in the mix, and he was a year older as well. So there was less hype for him.

EDIT: Just looked it up, he won the Baby Giro last year, but he was one of the oldest contestants. And none of the guys i mentioned above, were still riding U23 races, despite being a year younger than Vlasov.

It's the second day in a row that the group with Pogacar in it is motorpaced in old days style during the final descent, yesterday in a couple of kms nearly caught Ulissi and Vlasov from more than 30". Today there was even the jury car behind but did noting despite clearly seeing what was going on.
Can't really be expected of Slovenians to play fairer than the others.

They learn well from the Italians :)
Here is tomorrow's profile. I'm thinking most sprinters should get over the last climb? Possibly not, it's 8 km @ 5%.

Yes, it was obvious, but apparently the production firm is Dutch, according to Karsten Kroon on Eurosport.

This.
The British commentators were going ballistic. This error could decide races. I don't like it that is happening too often. Especially with home riders.
