Bilbao as expected is the strongest in the race. Doubt the terrain in stage five can allow him to catch up on GC.

The short answer is he should be racing on a devo team. Not quite sure why Ineos doesn’t have one if they’re going to sign 18 year olds. But I assume this season won’t count against him.

Great racing today, they were quite equally matched in the end. Good showing by Aleotti to keep the leader's jersey, and Bilbao obviously for the stage win. Hopefully Bilbao tried something tomorrow on the last climb. If he manages to win the stage he also gets a 10 second bonus, so he only needs to distance Aleotti by a few seconds. Pogacar attacked here in 2022 and only Mohoric could follow.

Bilbao turned into more of a diesel climber the past couple of years, so I would think it's unlikely. He is not really good on short, explosive climbs anymore.
