People told Pantani to stop winning at will in 1999. It was getting too boring and predictable, people were mad and there was no reason to humiliate the opposition day in, day out. But Pantani told the reports that you gotta strike when the iron is hot.

Gotta love that attitude!

Raining at the finish, that descent could be tricky

This is a super fast descent. Almost hit 60mph on a mountain bike before I had to brake for the cars in front of me.
Geez, I mean Kuss is making this look like a training ride.

Thanks. Shouldn’t be a problem then.

Not doing Colorado. Team decided he is going to Vuelta. Should be interesting.

Nice. He will join George Bennet and Steven Kruijswik, a formidable trio. Bennet was top 10 in the Giro I think and Kruijswik top 5 in the Tour. Although apparently Bennet is the sole leader they say, unlike in the Tour where they went with two GC guys.

Free Kuss!

Chapeau Sepp Kuss! Impressive climbing.

Hope Lotto don't burn him out - 3 weeks of the Vuelta is a whole other kettle of fish!
