Surprising to see that their best climber, Geniez, wasn't selected, but I guess it's all in for Kittel.

Come come don't exaggerate.

lol....
Its pretty good though.
Cummings, Moinard, TJVG for the climbs.
Burghardt, quinziato, schar, hincapie for the flat.
Gilbert to have a bit of a free role, but will have his domestique duties as well.

The team looks somewhat thin should the attacks start early in the mountains.

Oh well, there is still Sky to do the chasing.

Evans lacks a real mountain domestique... like Dani... or Szmyd.. or Fränk..

Thats what they say every race evans enters.
Few have those type of riders.
And TBH evans doesn't need one.
sky will help him out.
Dani isn't really a super domestique not in the league of szmyd or frank.

HAve you seen Tour 2010?

Last guy together with Andy and Alberto... Blew himself up completely for Alberto.. I remember reading something like "he went so deep that after riding with Alberto and Andy gravity pulled him down the climb"

Yeah Daniel navarro is a superb climber.
He was in the form of his life at tour 2010. He was incredible.

should be able to if he has planned his season around la vuelta.
Anyway I don't believe contador will need much help in the mountains.
Like navarro was nowhere in the giro 2011. And he also was pretty invisible in tour 2011, although he did do some work.
How about good ol noval:D

I remember Navarro utterly failing to contain Schleck last year.

That's more typical of the scenario where BMC risk coming up short.

Yeah there are pretty a lot.
But I think BMC do put an emphasis on protecting evans well in the flat.
They did that job very well last year.
Thats a very important aspect of cycing, if you don't do that. You risk losing time or getting involved in crashes

RSNT are great at protecting their leaders too.
Thus the inclusion of popovych, cancellara, gallopin and voigt.
