He is strong enough to chase on the flat/keep team leaders at the front/carry bottles.

Every team has 1 or 2 of these guys.

I guess now I'd go with...

F. Schleck
J. Fuglsang
A. Kloden
M. Monfort
L. Gerdemann
J. Voigt
H. Zubeldia
F. Cancellara
T. Gallopin

Someone in another thread said Fuglsang deserves co-leadership, and I agree, but I just can't see him climbing with the top 10. Kloden should be the back-up plan.

Zubeldia should be free to go for his own chances, perhaps KOM? Voigt should be allowed to stage hunt every so often. I believe Gallopin should get to be on the team now as well.

Maybe swap Popovych for Gerdemann?
I agree with this, if Sky is robo riding to the top of each climb Fuglsang will have a great chance of staying with the lead group if he is at top form, plus it seems he always TT's very well in GT's. Frank needs to try to make the race a living hell for Wiggins and Evans if he wants any chance at top 5, that will be hard though considering he is usually weaker by the 3rd week. Gallopin should for sure be on the team, Gerdamann is the only rider I would swap out of those 9 for somebody else, all the other riders should be for sure going imo.

I second this. And yes, Popovych in.

What about him ?

He's in the squad and will be at the Tour as Wiggo's last mountain domestique.
atm...

He is starting to show his Vuelta form though and with that type of form he can take on any of the contenders and will give Wiggins a run for his money.

If such a scenario does occur lets all pray (well all Sky fans/Kenyans at least) that Sky dont repeat their Vuelta mistake..

If Klodi had the form he had in the earlier part of last year, he'd be a favorite without a doubt. Not really sure where he's at right now though.

Take someone out, cause Božič is riding the Tour. A long known rumor that was confirmed today by Martinelli. He was present at the first stage of Tour de Slovenie.

What exactly does Hayden roulston bring to the table the coming 3 weeks?

good workhorse on the flats he can also do a bit of climbing, good for breakaway opportunities (hes podiumed at the tour before) (if the shack has to resort to stage wins) and has a quite good team work ethic very underrated as a rider (partly because hes so unlucky)

Not if his achilles has not healed. I also doubt he would get that jersey anyways and he might be too young ( it would be his first GT ).

Looks like a fairly strong team, but remains to be seen if they have a strong leader as well. Also good to see they didn't waste a spot on bringing a leadout for Renshaw.
