What a race, Denmark seem to have learnt nothing from 2021!
needed Rodenberg I think, saying this as someone who watches track cycling and just the 4000m every four years. he was replaced with an injury last week, basically been injured ever since hitting that british man all that time ago, probably the great british federation of witches and wizards placed a curse on him after thatWhat a race, Denmark seem to have learnt nothing from 2021!
Van den Berg is actually the weak link to this team, lol. If he was on top level every race these guys would go 40.8. All we need is consistent 17.0 starts, but it's a rare occurrence these days.Get Roy van den Berg to the Vuelta, he'll put 25 bike lengths into the field as long as he has 7 guys dedicated to helping him over the local speedbump.
I don't trust Lavreysen to not bottle the Keirin.Huge time from the Dutch team, complete dominance to take gold in front of GB.
Likely to be the first of three golds for Lavreysen in these Olympics.
Interesting to see that the TP has improved by 20s in that time while the IP has only been improved by about half that.Wow, 3:40 for the men's teams pursuit is just nuts - 65.4km/h from a standing start. At Sydney 2000 was when Germany first broke the 4 minute barrier.
Australia look like massive favorites the way they are riding but never count your chickens.
YesGB apparently saved Bigham for tomorrow. How is this possible? Because Hayter comes from the road quota?
Same for Balsamo, replacing Consonni. Hope her shape is okay after the injuries and a bad road race.GB apparently saved Bigham for tomorrow. How is this possible? Because Hayter comes from the road quota?
