On the really flat stages, he doesn't stand a chance against guys like Cav, Farrar and Kittel, he needs more challenging stuff (or a sprint without the really fast guys like in San Remo)

If you look at speed Cav, Kittel and Guardini stand alone. Some others look fast like Bos and Galimzyanov but don't hit it too often. You could throw 10-15 into the next group.

My impression is that Goss is certainly faster than Bos and Galimzyanov. Galimzyanov isn't that much about pure speed but rather a good ability to maneuver the fields and get into position alone for the sprints.

nope, and last I heard he was still holidaying with Millar etc. If hes going to sky, DB would at least want to get him in the sky news studio. then again, suppose the flights only a couple of hours.

They can send a team of sprinters to the Tour Down Under.
