I suppose the thing is, they want to continue to be successful in the Scandinavian cycling scene, continue to get invites abroad, and so need to keep some of the talent to ensure that, but also know that their best riders are always going to go to the pro ranks. Paris-Corrèze, Druivenkoers-Overijse, Schaal Sels, Tour of China, Mi-Août Bréton, Rhône-Alpes Isère Tour, Cinturon Mallorca, Tour de Normandie, Tour Alsace and their local .2-rated races isn't a bad season, but I'm sure they'd want to pick up a few more if they could - they used to do the Tour of Britain, Tour of Ireland, Tour de Brétagne and Tour des Pyrénées, for example.
It just depends if Christina Watches becomes a pro team really. I'm sure they'd prefer not to lose their best riders to teams that are effectively rivals, but they won't want to stop their prospects stepping up to the next level just as they didn't stop Wilmann going to Skil in 2010.
