Because he wants to sell his bikes in America. But his real goal is to develop Swiss talent, he's even building a Velodrome somewhere in Swiss and wants to be part in developing talent that will one day win the Tour(his words).

His real goal is to develop good Swiss cyclists.
He told you this, or are you just talking out of your azz? Everything BMC have done so far suggests they are (or at least were) interested in developing American cyclists.

It's a magical thing called a newspaper where he was talking about his future plans.

Where he said "no, I'm not interested in developing Americans"?

Well, in any case, he's pretty good at not developing Americans.

Where he said he wants to be part of cycling development in Switzerland. Then he was babbling about laying the foundation of a Swiss Tour winner although he won't live to see it happen blablabla. Lot's of doping talk in that interview as well, but that annoyed him

Kurt Asle Arvesens new role at Sky will be as race coach along with Rod Ellingworth, Bobby Julich and Dan Hunt. He will only occasionally be found in the team car as DS. His main task will be to look after the training of EBH and Nordhaug along with a few others (supposedly Appolonio and Puccio and some yet to be determined riders.)

Boris Shpilevski (who rode for Fuji-Servetto in 2009) is joining AG2R from Tabriz Petrochemical, which goes in line with Vincent Lavenu view of signing riders to get their Asian points so they can remain WT next year, but Lavenu wants his team to do more races in Asia come 2012 so they can the points themselves without having to recruit riders to get their points.

Two things that are slightly OT, how on earth do you correctly pronounce 'Shpilevski', is the 'p' silent or not? And I remember Ryo saying that the Iran teams pay quite well, what sort of money are we looking at, or even their budget?

they have about no talent. as with bmc pro tour they have no eye for real talent.

Your knowledge of under 23 riders is obviously a lot more than mine, I had not heard of them before and searching CQ rankings did not yield much.
Larry Warbasse, 21 years old, does have a number of results in CQ rankings for this year.
7th Istrian Spring Trophy
5th Liege - Bastogne - Liege Espoirs
7th Toscana - Coppa delle Nazioni
8th GP Palio del Recioto
11th Ronde de l'Isard
5th Tour de Berlin
7th Flèche du Sud

They seem like okay results although he did not win a stage in any of the stage races. I know nothing about most of these races, but it doesn't seem like he has no talent.

warbasse is 21 and it's ok yes, but he's one more year u23. so nothing exceptional to say the least. the others are crap

I know that's what's so pathetic about them. absolutely zero talent

I agree for the most part, but Warbasse has had some OK results this year.
And Zekavica is the best Serbian U23 rider - although that doesn't say much at all. ;)

Others (= Luke Schmid) were faster than me.
