Zaugg was also highly rumored (even that he already signed a contract) to join the new Swiss team IAM.
Let's see, where he will ride in 2013.

I believe that if you ask the baldy now, he will deny that he is after Zaugg.

Also, Saxo isn't the only team out there, regardless of what bicicicici thinks.

Ofcourse its only a rumour, but there is still a long way from pointing out its only a rumour to categorically denying that it could be true without anything to back that up (I was asking for a source since maybe Zaugg himself had stated that he will 100% not go to SBTB or something).

Of course there are other teams, but in this case there is a strong rumour claiming he is going to SBTB. Not saying its gonna happen, but its very likely given the rumour. And of course baldy would deny anything untill they make it official (if he is indeed going there)

Zaugg is a good rider, he deserves a chance. He is evidently getting good form for the WC/ GDL as he rode well in Quebec.

Lots of confusion about the results in Paris-Bruxelles. Renshaw tweeted:

"A little confusion for the results today. I thought I was 2nd and results say I was 2nd but they called me 3rd at the podium?"

RusVelo, Caja Rural and Utensilnord?

Would actually be a decent pickup for Liquigas Mk II.
Caja Rural would be a sensible choice. I do wonder if Euskaltel might be interested though - they are used to dealing with fragile climbers, plus Rujano still has a few 'fictitious ranking' points (34 I think) which could come in handy.

The formidable duo of Rujano and Antón... who will be blown off the road first ;)

Grega Bole (LAM) ---> Vacansoleil
Ignatas Konovalovas (MOV) ---> MTN-Qhubeka
Luka Mezgec (SAV) ---> Argos-Shimano

I like all of them. Bole leaves the sinking ship that is Lampre just in time.
Konovalovas was marginalised at Team Valv.Piti, at MTN he could help to build a decent ProConti team.
Mezgec however should ensure Argos' passage to WT level. :cool:

There is a rumour going around (from people that know them personally), that Robert Vrecer and Jure Kocjan are going to Euskaltel for next season...

Kocjan was confirmed a long time ago.

Vrecer would be a decent signing aswell he deserves to go to a world tour team (if Euskatel stays in the WT).

Euskaltel may well need the points. I am not sure when their license expires and whether they want to be WT (and what are the criteria for teams with not enough points), but they are probably about the worst team in WT in terms of ranking points,
