Why?! Two mediocre riders at best...
Not to be a smartass, but did you watch La Vuelta?
I myself have been very critical of their performances, but the last three weeks in Spain changed my mind completely.

Thought invoking what dramatic effect having a strong leader can bring to a team.

Yes I did. Both Majka and Poulinho was far more impressive. Jesus was decent, and Noval mediocre.

I don't agree with you. Jesus is, of course, out of question. He's a decent climber, and is important to mentally support Contador. If Contador feels happy with him around, it's already the most valuable thing you can do.

Noval is different, but he proved again that he's still a great diesel. You still can put him in front of your team leader. With his nose in the wind, all day long, day after day. Still impeccable in that line of work. He can't do the maximum efforts anymore, which can't be denied and is beginning to be a problem sometimes, but his endurance, work ethic and recovery are still there...

You mean Cav to Greenedge?

Interesting, Bobridge to Rabo. I assume he's still under contract for next year at Greenedge?

Oleg Tinkov, more or less, "understand" Roche, Kreuziger, Bruseghin and Bennati gonna ride for Saxo Tinkoff and the budget don't let space for any more rider

Tbh Tinkoff only confirms others and that they have used the budget (meaning they have have finalized all signings). The journalist is the one referring to Roche, Kreuziger, Bruseghin and others.

I feel pretty confident that they have signed some1 for the cobbles (most likely Breschel) now that Nuyens is leaving.

Yea the duration of the contract was undisclosed. But for a new team that last year was basing its marketing around bobridge and the two meyers being the furture of Australian cycling when they announced them as their first signings, one would expect them to have signed relatively long contracts.

It doesnt make much sense for Greenedge to let him go since they groomed him for the track largely this year and have yet to assess his full potential on the road.

If they land all of Roche, Kreuziger, Bruseghin, Bennati and Breschel, it will be a drastically improved team. Even with the loss of Nuyens (who, of course was injured all year anyway).

Contador should have a strong support squad.

Yeah, can't see why Greenedge would release a rider like Jack unless they were making way for some uber-impressive signing..?

Bobridge is said to be a bit of a troublemaker? Maybe he doesn't fit in or whatever.

Rabo might want to have a new Aussie now Matthews is leaving, since the sponsor is interested in the Australian market.

I'm not sure Cav signing for an Australian team would be a great move for him from an endorsement/commercial point of view and I also don't think it would be a great move for GreenEdge either for the same reasons. Really can't see that happening.

Yes, the Rabo interest in Aussies is clear, but the question remains why Bobridge would want to leave Greenedge.
