Good God, no.
Sky are quite strong enough already. I want to see the best riders race each other, not work together. Enough of this teams full of super-doms stuff.

MatParker117 said:I can already picture Wiggins, Purito, Uran & Henao sailing over the Italian mountains. Purito would greatly improve Sky's classics squad as well.
Just wouldn't be fair would it?

Wonderful piece of journalism. Sky could move for Purito. Why? He's free, and he's said he doesn't like doping.MatParker117 said:http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/ot...fter-Katusha-are-dropped-from-World-Tour.html
Telegraph speculates that Sky could move for Purito.
Imagine seeing this line up at the Giro (for example):
Wiggins
Henao
Uran
Rodriguez
Porte
Kireynka
Eisel
Thomas
Kennaugh
MatParker117 said:I'd kidding around, assuming Purito decides to leave Katusha he'll probably head back to Movistar.
Pentacycle said:Purito will probably stay if Katusha gets their Pro-conti license, the team is one of the best out there. They'll still ride everything Purito wants to participate in. And who's got the money for Purito this late into the offseason? And it certainly isn't Sky. Maybe Euskaltel could sell some team buses to get him ?![]()
movingtarget said:If BMC did not already have Gilbert I would say they would be interested. Maybe Vaconsoleil or Greenedge but money would be the issue of course. Hard to see a team that could take him for similar money he was getting at Katusha. He will have to be prepared to take a pay cut it seems. Trouble is many of the bigger teams already have a star rider for the hilly classics and GC. He will probably stay put and hope for wildcards in the important races.

They moved away from foreign stars, and within two years their team folded. Oh, the abominable state of Dutch cyclinggerundium said:rabobank could use a purito imo.

The Belgian will easily be team capitain here. Maybe he'll have a 2013 season as impressive as Jungels in 2012. The other recruits don't impress me much.
