Well, the biggest difference is, Tinkoff has the money and the will, to do what he wants, if anybody could make it happen, its him.

But to me it sounds a bit unlikely that such a huge equation could have fallen into place already, but Gazette usually comes up with some truthful rumors before anybody else.
But still....

They more often come up with unthruthful rumours. Last year: Garzelli to saxo, Basso to saxo, Sanchez to Saxo. Saxo is always their go-to for unfounded rumours.

Eduard Beltran would be the exception to that rule.

Yes I know, but they do sniff up some truthful stories before anybody else.
This could be one of them.

19 year old Eduardo Estrada from Orgullo Antioqueño (Colombia) joins AG2R La Mondiale. He was seen training with Betancur earlier this year. Ryo, mind filling us in what's his strengths, weaknesses. I heard he is a really good TT guy

Ag2R roster is full already, 30 riders, no room for other signings. Maybe he will be trainee in AG2R from August?

I'm pretty sure he will only go Ag2r's DN1 farm team, Chambéry CF. Even there it's a first, never seen Colombian riders in French amateur clubs before. They usually go to Spain or Italy, not France.

A twitter I saw earlier this morning reported that he would ride whole 2014 with Orgullo and join Ag2r in 2015.

Beppe said yesterday evening that Cannondale offered the team to Alonso and a 4 millions contract including the exclusivity on the bikes; he would be allowed to set up his own management and Alonso wants Indurain as PR.
Specialized also offered 4 millions but they would keep sponsoring other teams as well (in this case they would stop with Omega).
Cervelo offered 3 millions.

Coledan is said to be close to an agreement with Trek.

he's a good talent and good itt in colombia but that doesn't say much. he;s very good track rider though so also allround. but from what I've reaqd he's not going to ag2r anymore or to chambery but he rides with orgullo antioquia, he was also in their team presentation yesterday

I know it doesn't belong in this thread, but i'm really curious.

What happened with Vladislav Gorbunov and Bernardo Riccio? Gorbunov rode really good in the Volta a Portugal, but he didn't get a new contract on the continental squad of Astana.

And Riccio, why he didn't race after 2011? In that year, he got podium placings in Brixia Tour, GP Nobili and Tour of Taiwan, but he totally disappear after that.

Anyone who knows more?

Also, what happened to Carlos A. Ospina? I know that Orgullo Antioqueño dropped him, hinting at clinic related issue. Is that true? doesn't his brother ride for them as well?

carlos opsina was never dropped in any team. he still rides for the same team as he did in 2011, orgullo paisa antioquia. and argiro rides for coldeportes claro this year
