Dunno if this has been posted already:

Mikkel Condé v2.0‏@mrconde1m
Yonder Godoy (double Venezuelan U23 Champ) has signed a 3 years contract with Gianni Savio & Androni. Big talent. Look out for

Alexander Kristoff has extended his contract with Katusha until 2015. They were apparently very eager for him to sign a contract before the start of the Tour ;).

Not surprised. I can definitely see him beating Sagan on one of the lumpier days when Cav and Kittel don't make it to the finish.

Transfer rumours from the Netherlands (via Jose Been):

SKY interested in Langeveld (via AD)
Poels has options at Belkin and Argos (via L1)

First one is interesting. EBH hasn't really done anything in the big cobbled classics while Langeveld now has several top 10 and top 5 placings.
If Sky can do the same thing with him as with Froome don't be suprised to see Langeveld suddenly dropping Cancellara on the flat :p

If Sky use their classics approach on him don't be surprised to see him get dropped from the peloton at 100 k from the finish line.

I wouldn't say Sky's training harms their classics riders. They just perform normally. It's not like EBH was performing well in cobbled classics before he joined Sky.

According to Tageblatt print edition... "it seems certain that Sean De Bie, Eugenio Alafaci, Kristian Haugaard and Fabio Silvestre will join Trek as neo professionals next year"

The rest of Leopard Trek CT might be dissolved or joined with the Bontrager Continental Team

Beppe Conti latests;

-Basso is probably leaving Cannondale although he would still have a year of contract with his actual team. Contador is asking him as Nibali is but Vino prefer to have someone younger like Pellizzotti or Scarponi
-Ulissi refused an offer from Garmin and might stay with Lampre or either join Cannondale
-Cannondale by releasing Basso would have more foundings for secure both Moser and Sagan

Not really "transfer" news but Cancellara allegedly to have signed a 3-year contract with Trek, most of his classics team also already to have signed new contracts, including Bob Jungels, according to RTL

I was really hoping Cancellara and Jungels would go to a team I like, though without bruyneel I will probably like the team more. At the moment I don't think there is a clash for team leadership so Cancellara can ask for whatever he wants and get it.

Langeveld possibly leaving greenedge is a disappointment. I wonder how much better he thinks he'd have gone this year with support? and at sky there's no guarantee he wouldn't end up working for Thomas. Far and away the best cobbles teams are Belkin, OPQS, RLT, and BMC. Either go to one of them as a helper/2nd option, or stay at greenedge and have them sign some more guys. Hayman and Haussler spring to mind ;)

I'd like to see Basso somewhere as a super domestique. For either Contador or Nibali would be grand.

TJ gets number 39 from BMC and has to work for a rider who cant accelerate in the mountains. ouch.....I guess he is locked into his deal but wtf?

Saga has all of Cannondale points which may not be enough. If they cant qualify next year does Sagan move on?

Garmin has signed young talent Phillip Gaimon. Gaimon us currently with US continental team Bisell. He's a good climber, good time trial rider, good team-mate, and worth keeping an eye on as a newcomer to the ProTour.

He will announce it today, so yes, it can only be with Trek, otherwise he had to wait till 1.st of August.

José Been @TourDeJose

Cancellara signs new deal for 2014, '15 and '16 with Trek, Blick.ch reports

Same Blick.ch article states that both Schleck brothers were offered a paycheck 3 times lower than what they now have!

Iteresting! If it is true I don't know whether Schlecks will take this - they are all about the $$ apparently. But they might not get a better offer anyways!

Well, maybe it would be smart for Andy to wait after the Tour de France to renew his contract...
