only thing he said is that he prefers english-speaking team

Since cycling is pretty much international, almost every WT-team speaks english on a daily basis. Only frensh people are too ignorant to speak an other language than their own. So he is not joining FDJ or AG2R. Great, only 16 teams left for speculation.

Is there any news on who the GC rider Orica are trying to get. Or are they still looking for one?
Just speculating here but are possible options Konig or Brajkovic.

edit: I know Brajkovic isn't a great GC rider, but they don't have many options other than Chaves and the Yates. Plus doesn't he want to be in an English speaking team?

Brajko wants to be in a American team, he misses the american races.

That's actually true for most people, not just the french.

Not sure Jani can set too many subjective demands if he wants to stay at the top of the sport.

Is he even an effective support rider?

Well he has crashed out of most of his targeted raced over the last two years. And his 3rd place in Burgos just now suggests he still can be a semi-attractive transfer target.

Take Quintana out of Burgos and we are looking at a club race more or less. And Jani was firmly beaten in the ITT where he once was strong.

And all the crashes tells a story. A story of fragility perhaps.

So better keep the demands realistic imo. Find a job.

There seem to be a few relatively high profile riders floating around either waiting for a contract or not having their future announced.
EBH, Betancur, Frank and Andy Schleck, Konig, Brajkovic, Taaramae. Who else?

Whats happening with Tyler Farrar? I am guessing disappearing into obscurity.

EDIT: I meant to put Roche in the above list but forgot to.
