I just think Rein is too explosive rider to work for someone in headwinds or on climbs (like in Astana). He's probably too inconsistant to do top5/top10 in 3 week GT's but he's good enough to podium in one week tours and maybe stage hunt in GT's. I think team like GreenEdge or maybe Etixx would suit for him.

His problem is his healthy... If he stays ok with his issues, than he also can go for solid GT performances.
But most of the time there is something with him...

We will see, but in my opinion it would make no sense for him to change teams for going to another big team where he is a domestique first of all again.

He hasn't had health problems in this year except in the Tour. But that was just common illness. Nothing too serious. Shared room with Lars Boom who first got sick.

Hesjedal to Lampre? Im not seeing him in an Italien team at all =.= He is part of Garmin Slipstream since his pro debut. Unless he wanna be a leader in the TDF before he retire, that's a good idea( Lampre doesn't have a real GT rider).

Except for the times he was at US Postal, helped Landis win the Tour with Phonak, and then joined Health Net.

Who says there has to be a clear-cut leader? Look at their cobbles-squad. Terpstra, Boonen and Stybar and neither is the lone leader. They *** it up every once in a while but they get results. Could work with Martin and Alaphilippe, too.

Could work very well because Alaphilippe is pretty good at sprinting and Martin likes to attack on the final kms.

hesjedal is possibly signed for his prestige - An italian team having an ex Giro winner looks good.

Well we haven't seen much about whether Kittel is still threatening to leave. The fact Degenkolb has been given sprint leadership in the Vuelta when the odds would give Kittel at least one stage win seems odd to me.

First of all, I said 'just about every' and not 'every'. Furthermore, one could argue that they messed it up by getting into that situation. Anyway, my point was that they were very consistently second.

Lampaert's "leadout" messed up all chances Stybar had to win Roubaix.

It will be Martin as main leader, Alaphilippe with free role or as coleader/fall back. There's no way Martin goes anywhere where he isn't top banana for the hilly classics unless they offer him really silly money, and there's no way Ettix pay for a guy entering his prime who has won two hilly monuments already unless they want him as their number 1 for those races. It's not really a demotion for Alaphillipe though: in theory Kwiatkowski would have been the top guy in 2015.
