Making Kelderman useful would be Sky's greatest challenge yet.

But seriously, Rosa? Are they even losing people from their mountain trains?

Maybe Konig & Roche. Rosa would be a good edition to Landa's team and Kelderman is the type of rider they love, great domestique for Froome once Ellingworth & Kerrison are finished with him.

"I’ve talked to them of course but nothing is set yet,” Valgren told Cyclingnews at the Tour.

"I’ve talked to a few teams but that’s a good rumour."

“I still have to look for the right but I’ve almost signed a contract so I think I’ve found the right team already. I can’t say anything yet.”

“I would love to be on Sky. I think they do it really well and they have riders at the top. I’m still a young rider so I could take a lot of advantage of that. It’s very interesting.”

Valgren is going to Astana, not sky.

Matt White just anointed A.Yates as the next British GT winner which probably indicates A.Yates is staying at OBE.

No surprise if he's staying, looks pretty happy in that set-up and OBE have given him time to develop without putting to much pressure on him

Not sure I'd be necessarily jumping to that conclusion just on that statement. Wasn't AY also said to have commented that OBE/OGE has wrecked his brother's career with the TUE muck-up ? Not sure how THAT one will play out.

Whilst its certainly far from certain that the twins WILL stay together, AY is certainly going to be fielding some offers with some undoubtedly coming with higher $$$ than OBE. Whilst he'll almost certainly be better off for the present at OBE than at Postal; he's also likely to run up against the interests of Chaves who is almost certainly going to be targetting the Tour next year. If he stays, he'll either have to accept 2nd billing or chose to target the Giro instead.

Kelderman will flourish at Sky. Like Poels. No pressure and ride for someone else is the best that can happen for him. He'd be a good Giro domestique for Landa (or Poels?) or Henao

Have no idea if S.Yates will stay - It's fine to have 2 GC riders, though having three could create problems. You think eventually the brothers will have to split up - Love to see the two brothers one day going mano mano on a climb.

Have you noticed Van Marcke in the TDF - An excellent cobbles rider who could win a monument but can also be part of a sprint train in a GT.

Vanmarcke is a very fine rider but not sure he's necessarily going to the right team if he goes to OBE. Fine there's no language issue given the English language facility of most Dutch/Belgians but he then steps on the ambitions of their existing cobbles aspirants and will OBE give him superior support to what he may receive elsewhere.

As for sprint train, methinks OBE is stepping right away from that and WILL NOT be taking full sprint trains to future GTs if the team is going to house both AY & Chaves. They MAY be stuck with the show-boater for another 2 years but hopefully he'll get the message and find a job elsewhere. The only quick men that they will keep are likely to be those who AREN'T overly resource/labour-intensive and thus impeding GC campaigns.

I'm just not sure that either Yates is necessarily a done deal to remain at OBE. Yes, you can accomodate 2 GT contenders inside the same org but when they are both pursuing the same goals, something or someone has to give and inevitably, the party losing out goes looking for a new home.
