Trek probably still wants Aru! With Contador as some sort of teacher he desperately needs at the moment.

Landa to Astana is pretty obvious. At least to lead the Giro d'Italia and reach the podium and / or the blue jersey, while Lopez slowly builds towards being a future Tour de France contender.

Still looking forward to that big rumor of Scinto and Vini Fantini to reunite under main-sponsorship from the Benetton group. Just set up a new big Italian team with Formolo & Moscon as leaders. Not gonna happen sadly enough.

Still haven't heard about a new sponsor for QS. Sky were after Dan Martin last time out and Kittel probably has the pick of the peloton.

Le Favre has given his riders a deadline of the end of July - Can you imagine the clamor for signatures if Etix goes belly up.

Why on earth is Landa going to go back to Astana with the same management that screwed him over in the first place? As far as I know the very people that stopped him going for the win on a GT still work there, that's the last place he will want to sign for.

Because he's gonna be undisputed leader for the Giro only at Astana. Maybe at Movistar.

Sky really hasn't been a good fit for him either it seems.

A season and a half of not justifying his fat salary means he is no longer in a position to take his pick of teams and roles. There are not many teams that would offer him both a lot of money and guaranteed GT leadership at this moment, so if Astana are doing so he will take it and be grateful.

If you are being paid like Richie Porte, you can't produce the performance level of Peter Kennaugh or Phil Deignan. Or you can, I suppose, but it doesn't make your agent's job any easier at the end of your contract.

I thought they wanted either Aru or Contador for 2018. Contador would be the most expensive teacher ever :p

Maybe Landa should change tack entirely and join Cofidis and target the Vuelta instead. Navarro would be a pretty handy helper.

After having seen at a local large name hardware store some Hansgrohe fixtures in Campbell Ca west of San Jose if there is a Sagan effect for their sales (and Bora) could we see Bora be able to buy some more help for Sagan for the One day races?

there is 0 chance landa stays at sky for so many reasons.

very interested to see what happens with kwiatkowski. i assumed sky wouldve dumped him if not for his miraculous spring renaissance. the question is...does he stay there or go to another team?

also, what happens to gilbert? does he go to any number of teams now that he came back from the dead? only a year ago, he was rumored to go down a few notches to fortuneo no?

tejay will be gone from bmc...does trek give him a shot or does he get put out to pasture with vaughters?

does vaughters dump uran since he costs so much of his budget?

Scinto wants him to ride for 2 more years, then he'll give him another job, probably as a PR manager for the team, like Boonen for the Hotsteppers.

Since Bardet intends to win the Giro next year, AG2R might be keen to add the Coq for Tour & classics leadership!
