CyclingFever says that Terpstra is going to Lotto - Jumbo.

Well, Boom wasn't so hot this year. Maybe "the other" Dutch cobbles contender can do better for them.
Boom has always been overrated as a cobbles guy. Terpstra is much better. Still, I have my doubts about this one.
It makes sense. They never signed him when he was the leading Dutch classics contender, but now they finally strike him once he gets old and declines. Typical move for that team.

In one of the articles on Quick Step and its future it was said that Terpstra was uncertain of staying.

Nieve gone, Landa gone. Sky train is getting weaker and weaker. Good.

Now we just need Poels to leave...

as Mattparker said, Poels signed until 2018. Castroviejo will be a nice one in the train and Sergio Henao will stay too.
and I think with Nieve leaving, they could use his wages to make a big offer to Landa to stay and get the Giro leadership in 2018

Giro 2018 is for Thomas not Landa
Landa's performance in the TDF and currently in the Vuelta Burgos might make Team Sky consider reshuffling their cards...

We haven't had an official announcement about Landa's future yet so perhaps he is still negotiating with more than one team.

Sky also have Rosa and Elissonde, who should both step up in their 2nd seasons with Sky.

Nieve is a loss, Landa more so if he does leave, however I wouldn't rule out Sky adding to their mountain doms with a new signing.

Keukeleire confirmed he signed with Lotto.

http://cyclingpro.net/velopro/mercato/jens-keukeleire-confirme-transfert-chez-lotto-soudal/
For the first time in his professional career, begun in 2010, Jens Keukeleire will wear the colors of a Belgian team as of next season. After two years at Cofidis (2010, 2011) and six at Orica-Scott (2012-2017), the 28-year-old Flemish chose to join the Lotto-Sudoud, which lost Tony Gallopin next winter. Winner of ten elite races, including the Tour of Spain, the Tour de Belgique, the Samyn, the Nokere Koerse and the Three Days of West-Flanders, Keukeleire has also become a leading outsider on the big Flandrian Classics. He finished second in Ghent-Wevelgem this season and has already interfered in the top-10 Grand Prix E3 Harelbeke (9th) and Paris-Roubaix (6th). "I could have stayed at Orica, but I chose to take another direction , he simply confirmed with Sporza this Thursday. I had a great time at Orica, but I will return to Belgium next year with Lotto-Soudal. It was time to move on. " (translated with Google translate)

You think? I'd be shocked if they didn't.

They can usually be relied upon to bring in additional very high level climbers every year. It's a key part of renewing their Tour dominance and they have the money, so why not?

The only limiting factor is finding the right riders. Bernal seems a bit young to be their ready made new superdom and Castaviejo is more of a Kiryienka type. Who else could they be looking at?

Climbers, why? Put together the most ridiculous TTT team in history and end the 2018 TdF on stage 3. Easy 5.

I have no doubt that Bettiol is capable of achieving much more for himself than Oss has done in his career.
Capable? Absolutely.
But will he do it? Depends on many circumstances, the most important one probably being chances of riding for himself. There won't be many at BMC.

With both Gallopin and Roelandts gone, things are looking a little bleak for Lotto Soudal.

they got Campenaerts and Keukeleire already...

Well then, there you go. Keukeleire for Roelandts is probably an improvement even if the latter has finished on the podium of a monument twice in the last fice years. But Campenaerts is probably not going to do much outside time trials.
