No they wouldn't, especially not Catalunya. They need to find suitable scraps for Bernal, Sivakov, Hart, Dunbar, Rosa etc for when Froome returns. If they go for Dennis it's as a Kiriyenka/Knees/Castroviejo replacement.

If he's lucky he gets the TDU, or Herald Sun Tour if none of the GT contenders want to start the year early.

I feel like Dowsett will land on his feet, but it’s really a question of what does any team want with a 31 year old former Hour record holder who wins about 1 minor stage race TT per year. He could strengthen a ttt squad.

His ride in the ITT on Wednesday will have definitely helped his prospects. But while he's certainly not a prolific winner, he can definitely do a good team role on the right team...

Nah, he's going to Arkea. They mentioned it a while back, but it might have drowned in the news that Quintana is joining.

Marca are reporting that Ineos have signed Amador...will be interesting to see if that's confirmed...

Apparently Amador had a deal with Movistar for 2020-2021. Shady Acquadro strikes again.

Yes, Amador was set to renew with Movistar, but after Unzué stated on various occasions that his working relationship with Acquadro is over for good, Acquadro was obviously poised to give Amador a "better" and financially improved opportunity.

I can understand all sides in this, but it goes from bad to worse for Movistar... losing Carapaz and Amador to INEOS because of personal issues between Unzué and Acquadro is bad enough, but also missing out on premier spanish riders such as Pello Bilbao or upcoming talent such as Oscar Rodriguez (who both appeared to generally be interested in joining Movistar) among others is a real shame.
