So who will be there for the spring classics without Burghardt, Kirchen and probably Hincapie? Cav for MSR and then?

Rogers has been negotiating a new contract. No word on if they came to an agreement or not.

Not so much a transfer, but team Caja Rural is going Continental next year and turning into a feeder team for Caisse. Mostly spanish riders will be on it, plus top prospect Michal Kwiatkowski

According to ozcycling.com Sky have signed Simon Gerrans, Matthew Hayman, Christopher Sutton and Greg Henderson.

Seems like they could be creating one heck of a team.

Also no official announcements likely to be made today by Sky, most probably due to the fact that the news would not be picked up by the British media due to it being transfer deadline day in football.

BMC sign cyclo-crosser Simon Zahner plus Morabito and Schär from Astana

I think Astana is going to have nothing left before too long (save Kazakh's) and AC will get his release. I can't imagine anyone willingly transferring to that team at this point.

Eurosport commentators say Gasparotto has signed for them. Take this with a very large pinch of salt though, as eurosport commentators prove on a daily basis that one of the requirements to be hired is knowing nothing at all about cycling.

+1 for both BMC and George. Good classics team and building strength for inclusion as a PT team.

bit thin on the news front innit..

Sky postponed the announcements till tomorrow to avoid clashing with the football transfer window that would mean they would get far less coverage.

Hmm, now I'm curious about who Team Sky have actaully signed. When I looked back at their leaked wishlist there were alot of riders that seemed possible they would get but alot of them have now been confirned for other teams.

No Wiggins, no Nibali, no Cunego, no Ballan, no Feillu.

Will there only be english speakers and norwegians on the team perhaps?
