Yup, me again, this morning. 50 minutes of Rai highlights.
Lovely race in the foothills and vines. Teejay VG led Patrick Sinkewitz for km after km, in a late break, only for Sinkewitz to attack and drop him on the final 3km ascent. Gutsy, but very inexperienced.
Attacks from the bunch, from Pozzovivio and Visconti, which Nibali initially missed.
When Nibali pressed the pedal, though, nobody but Borisov could live with him and he dropped him, with 150m to go.

Nothing more from Italy until Schumacher's return at the Giro del Vento, next weekend.
