Nans Peters used to be one of the very few riders who still had his own website with daily race/stage reports and so on, until the end of the last year. He then stopped because it took too much time and, according to him, in a way also hurt his recovery:

Still a bit sad to see it gone, but seems like it helped indeed.

Weather (both in France an Italy) has probably something to do with it, but both were simply the strongest in the race. Surprising is the least you can say.
The benefit of being away solo and being able to go 100% all of time against a small group where each rider has to save something is sometimes quite underestimated, I feel. So many times when a rider gets away on his own from a small group, the race is over.

In cobbled classics it's also the lack of having to fight for position before the climbs and being able to ride your own pace into them instead of the hectic accelerations that often happen in the main group.

AG2R dominating this one like Lefevre's sheep herd during their best day.

35 riders finished.

@Logic-is-your-friend Debruyne 24th, that's pretty good I would say. Hopefully he can have a crashfree year and then I'm convinced he'll get some good results (not in GCs but overall) & a pro contract at Lotto (even tho there isn't that much space on their roster after this year).
Yeah, he finished well ahead of Lenny Martinez and Fortunato. Even ahead of Woody Harrelson!

Is he Kevin's Egyptian themed brother?
Yup.

No.

Congratulations to Nans Peters of Finland! By the way, I am extremely weak in math and am seeking for a writer who can help me with my math difficulties. I discovered this website https://www.grabmyessay.com/math-physic-economic-stat which can assist me with my math problems and is pretty good.
Congratulations to Nans Peters of Finland!
