turgot whereabouts violations

The "oh, what a disorganised idiot" routine seems to be the way to go for DS's for whereabouts offences. By (pretending to) berate their rider's failure to pay attention to detail, they are in fact vigorously defending them, but you know that already.

Nothing was ever confirmed, but several sources were reporting that he was thrown out of the TDF team for having too high crit levels. However, the team claimed it was due to "knee problems". But the thing is, when Charteau was thrown out of Dunkerque the team also blamed it on "knee problems", even if everyone now know that he was thrown out due to his blood values!

Yeah, and the bad crash Kern was involved in at last year's TdF stage 5 was faked as well. Everyone knows.

The Cherteau incident is confirmed, and you can check the CN article for the "injured knee" quote which directly proves that the DS is a liar. Kern's case is indeed just speculation, but come on, he was so suspicious that not even french cycling fans believed in him.

No doubt from my side that the whole EUC bunch of 2011 (Voeckler, Kern, Rolland, Charteau) is highly suspicious. But of all clues Kerns DNF at Le Tour is by far the weakest, as it was quite obviously crash-related. You never know, of course...

According Europcar press release, Turgot was negative tested at one of the 3 no-show, and a second no-show could be linked with internet problem to access at ADAMS system that was already known.

So if true, he would have just one valid no-show.

Yeah and Armstrong likes to take long showers and that Williams sister really thought the tester was an intruder and and and

Not to mention the attempted cover-up of the Bauge case.

As the penalty process shows, Bauge is very popular with the French cycling federation, but is not favored by the UCI like a Contador/Armstrong. Bauge's call to pay the vig must not have been taken by Pat because the UCI were the ones that got a ban.

The ban was announced at the end of the penalty. Look again at the way Bauge's penalty was carefully structured so he could ride the Olympics.

A penalty not announced by the UCI. They couldn't possibly hide positives now could they? No way!

How do you post a negative if you haven't showed up ?

If I understand correctly, he was tested (he was in the process of moving at the time) and he was supposed to enter this information into the system himself - but he didn't. The fact the test was negative is unrelated to the fact he was tested, although it is an important footnote.

So if true, he has only missed 2 then and is therefore off?

UCI will hopefully take this in account when they decide who will be part of WT and pro-conti

They may well do so. Makes sense for Pat to promote teams with doping issues - the richer they are, the more he can charge them for his "services" in making the positives disappear.
