Funny enough you're on about this.

I ask Robert Hatch on twitter earlier if the Tour de Suisse was on Sky Sports instead of Eurosport this year. He said it was on Bein Sport also in the US.

Thanks!!!! There is hope :)

beIN doesn't do advance notification or schedules well at all :( Didn't know it was carrying the Giro until days before the race started!

anyone catch Phils 21 different pronunciations of Matthew Busche

That was hilarious! And then Paul would pronounce it correctly with this somewhat dejected air as tho he had given Phil a bit of help during the last break and the poor old dear had forgotten already..... again.

Thanks to all for the info on Tour de Suisse coverage in the Us on BeIn Sport. I had accidentally discovered that beIn was available on FIOS the week before the Giro and decided to subscribe for a month. Now I'll make it 2 months!

(I know it's OT but I'll take P&P over Kirby and Oss any day.)

What channel was that on? I watched Universal and had Craig Hummer and Robby Ventura. Much better than P&P LOL!

I like what RobbieV has to say...

Phil made up an excuse once "that's how they pronounce it in Belgium"? ok um which pronunciation Phil?

and I hope amgen and NBC are on his a$$ for his constant uninspired description of Cali Landscape: Barren and Parched? Really, even in the hills near the beach Phil? Like any Brit coming home from holiday complaining about the heat and dry land.

It is all relative.

I highly doubt he's able to say Busche in Dutch/Flemish :D

The Bein sports website still doesn't list any coverage for tour of Switzerland.

I saw that too.

Although on the FIOS channel guide beIn Sport's schedule is TBA, TBA from 4am Saturday onwards---just like it was prior to the start of the Giro.

I'm hopeful it's just the same ineptitude. Ya know, procrastinate until the last minute on how best to jam in some cycling with all that soccer;)

Stay tuned I guess

I've poked around NBC Sports but couldn't find anything.

I doubt that the NBCSports site will be updated for cycling until the winter Olympics is history.

i looked through the TV listings the other day and saw that NBC Sports is showing the Tour Down Under tape delayed daily, in the evening. that's it so far. i would think that Universal will show San Luis, as they did last year.

I dvr'd most stages on NBC SN, but they had their schedule screwed so one stage was hockey, and a couple of other stages were only half recorded.

Meanwhile check out the 2014 sched:

PN one single recap show
CI
PR - live ? starts early sunday am
FW
LBL
ToC - daily
Daupine - daily replay

and Le Tour, of course

Since when did they stop broadcasting TdS?

I liked their coverage and commentarie of the 2012 edition. The only time I watched NBC.

they lost the rights for TdS, Flanders, and Romandie to BeIn Sport last year

i'm really disappointed that they won't be showing Paris-Nice like they usually do. their coverage of it was awesome last year, i believe they had 90 minute shows for each stage, and now it's just one recap show.

at least the Dauphine will be at a reasonable time this year, and not at 2am like last season.

Yes and beIN never showed RvV :( I did see the others. beIN also got all the RCS races (outbid Universal) and had decent coverage of all of them!

The only schedule I've seen though is NBC SN.
