Look at the actual invoices, they are for what was won. TH was working for LA hence the disparity.

On the invoices, does anyone know what "bonus deductble" is?

Tax? Unless it was some form of withholding tax, I can't think that it is. So why would Tailwind not pay over all of the bonus due?
