Is there anywhere (outside of Italy) to follow the Baby Giro live? I haven't found any live ticker or live tracking. There is probably a live broadcast on Youtube, but it is geo-restricted.

Pretty bad TT from Widar, but he definitely did lose a few seconds something with his visor/helmet problems at the start.

Nordhagen will be happy with this one.

And nice win for Scharzbacher. Whole season has been very good. I'm assuming he will get a pro contract at UAE. I thought there were rumors about it.

The gap is only 12 seconds then. I was expecting him to have shipped a minute or more going by your reaction. Not great but not dramatic either. I assume he should be able to take that back in boni seconds. If he's inferior on the MTFs, those 12 seconds won't matter anyway.
It's bad for someone who got 9th last year and has been training 12 hours a week on the TT bike and expected a lot from this TT.

Of course it probably won't matter in the end. I don't see him as the best climber here, but it does say something about his form or more the fact he's been stagnating a bit this year, which was to be expected if you literally ride the same schedule as last year.

Maybe the opponents are just stronger this year? Idk how you can expect a guy with his height being up front in a flat TT. I agree though he most likely isnt the strongest climber, i expect him to be more like an ardennes-guy in the future with his acceleration.

Difference between what I expect and what he himself expects. Given his own expectations this is a pretty bad TT. It's that simple.
