That's the opening Team Wonderboy needs to tear down the witnesses. We can be fairly certain Wonderboy will coerce and intimidate after the hearing, for at minimum an attempted PR victory. Best of luck to all witnesses.

Maybe Pat will sue the witnessess...

I don't have any real sense how much "juice" Armstrong would have if he is stripped of some or all of his TdF wins.

Well, given that his own line of spinning bikes had to be recalled it is only natural he would look to buy into a company that made good ones

Are you guys referring to the Revolution Bike Trainers?

Since the UCI is considered to be complicit in the long standing cover up; that wouldn't happen without a senior management resignation in the UCI. Considering their policy of busting no-name riders on the bio-passport to show they have a drug policing effort; maybe they can find a Patsy to lay the blame on?

Thanks for the link. Yes, I know Revolution belongs to LeMond. So Lance wanted to buy into the company that makes the Revolution? Just to stick it to Lemond.

Correct. Lance was trying to buy one of the early investor's share of LeMond Fitness. That's the truth. There is tangible evidence of that.

Right, Lance tried to buy-out early investor's shares to gain a controlling interest in LF, all of course w/o G or K knowing (of course they found out though). Just to mess with them...because he had the money and could...

I'm guessing this took place AFTER Brunswick sued Greg for a crappy spin bike design. Falling apart after customers started using them. Greg counter sued.

Maybe Lance wanted to buy into LeMond Fitness to give some design advice?

I would agree. Thats so off base. Mods should just delete this immediately. No one deserves this to be said to them. No one.

The "official part" is kind of cool. As opposed to unofficial.
I do apologize when my posts **** you off though.
Really do not mean to.

Fine, but I also don't think that it was cool to joke about Armstrong acquiring Lemond's stock as some way to offer technical advice. That was also vile. Polish offers absolutely nothing to this forum except for interference and distraction, and personally, I think the humor factor of his posts has worn off.

Taking Ms Parchinski to dinner was also vile.

Let's get back to a real discussion, shall we...

provided the review board decides to proceed with the hearing, what do people think will be Armstrong's next move?

His letter accused usada of breaking the federal law...does that mean he is going to file a law suit, where? Will he appeal to the congress?

I think he will find as many angles as he can to try to discredit and smear the USADA.
That seems to be his only way of thinking and may be his only route for a monkey wrench that will tie things up.

Can we stay focused on the USADA matter on this thread?

Charity, cancer, and LeMond Fitness are (a) offtopic, (b) already done to death, and (c) available for discussion in other threads.
