I have no idea if this guy is on the review board but does it seem low to use the molestation of a young women as fodder to get your point across?
It would be fitting that the review board memeber be subject to the same guilty until proven innocent that Armstrong is currently under.
Mr.Griffith may indeed be innocent but that is not part of the current system. To be accused makes you guilty. Griffith will have to stop teaching, and Armstrong will be unable to race just by being accused.
I hope that both men find some truth through the courts but it's highly unlikely. In the previous threads Armstrong was convicted by Novitzky and lost his wealth, status and athletic accomplishments. That system decided that that was not to be.
Now Armstrong will suffer through another process that is a circus at best. The names not included in the action filed against Armstrong are telling toward their motives.
I hope that Mr.Griffith only suffers shortly from how wide and misdirected things can become if he is innocent.
If he did put a 24yo olds hand on his junk or bared his bag to her uninvited he should pay the price. The use of word molestation is used for kids most often but I guess it fits.
I look forward to posters explaining why Mr.Griffith's conduct to a student has little to do with his overall judgement
