The wording is tellingly and deliberately unclear regarding eyewitnesses, I can hear those straws being clutched at....I honestly think that what will be discovered is as I said. They will try to use evidence pre 2004 to corroborate their assertion that LA was doping pre 2004 so therefore what they are accusing him off post 2004 must also be true. Either way, the very fact that they are going to try hang their whole case on "eyewitness" testimony isn't something that would be filling me with fear if I was LA. Emma O Reilly, Mike Anderson, both have admitted they never "saw" Armstrong doping, likewise the posties discussion on that training ride....never "saw" anything...only Floyd and Tyler say they witnessed actual doping, and since Tyler last rode with LA in 2001, I'd say that his testimony is going to be pretty hard to shoehorn in....so.....back to Floyd. The star witness.

From the 15 page USADA letter:

In every instance the conduct described in this letter has only been relied upon by USADA and described in this letter if the witness has confirmed to USADA that the information is based on his or her first hand knowledge.

This is more than he said, she said and way more than Floyd.

That's rubbish. Steroids are fabulous for recovery and training. Fraud Landis had one heck of a 'roid rage riding into Morzine in '06. If you can't stay on the bike all day because your testosterone is depleted, then you can't maximize the benefit of the EPO.

All the dope Lance used is synergistic. Mastering that synergy has made Ferrari rich.

And no failed tests. The best the USADA can come up with is "blood values consistent with doping"? Give me a break. Give...Me...A...Break. Sounds more consistent with witch hunting if you ask me.

My very first thread on the CN forums dealt with a botched blood test on Lance very early during his come back. Lance tweeted a picture of his bruised bloodied arm from a unprofessional USADA attempt at taking a blood sample.
The USADA had to leave without a sample that day. Now I am not saying there was spite and malice in that attempted extraction - but it showed unprofessionalism.

Anyway, that very first thread of mine ended up getting locked down lol. Sorry mods for any extra work since then. You guys do not get enough thanks around here. And I am not just kissing up - it is so true.
