Also what other athlete are they trying to run down after 13 years? Abuse of usada? How is that possible? They work on us tax payer’s money.

They are like the post office.

"Do you know why we celebrate Independence Day on the 4th of July?
It was actually supposed to be celebrated on the 2nd of July.
But even back then, when the mail was delivered on horseback - the rider was two days late getting the Declaration to DC in time."

2009, 2010.

That was 13 years ago?!?

Geebus, where the eff have I been.....

That is good, thanks for the link.

Where is Barry Bonds today? Answer: Who the hell cares? His website is down. His cards can be had, straight up, in exchange for two Kirk McCaskills and a Sil Campusano. He will never be hired to work in the game, as either a broadcaster or coach. His records — in the minds of most fans — don't count. He is invisible. Worse than invisible.
He is insignificant.

That is what I want for Armstrong. I don't care about removing TDF titles or sanctions. Just this.

The wording is tellingly and deliberately unclear regarding eyewitnesses, I can hear those straws being clutched at....I honestly think that what will be discovered is as I said. They will try to use evidence pre 2004 to corroborate their assertion that LA was doping pre 2004 so therefore what they are accusing him off post 2004 must also be true. Either way, the very fact that they are going to try hang their whole case on "eyewitness" testimony isn't something that would be filling me with fear if I was LA. Emma O Reilly, Mike Anderson, both have admitted they never "saw" Armstrong doping, likewise the posties discussion on that training ride....never "saw" anything...only Floyd and Tyler say they witnessed actual doping, and since Tyler last rode with LA in 2001, I'd say that his testimony is going to be pretty hard to shoehorn in....so.....back to Floyd. The star witness.

From the 15 page USADA letter:
In every instance the conduct described in this letter has only been relied upon by USADA and described in this letter if the witness has confirmed to USADA that the information is based on his or her first hand knowledge.
This is more than he said, she said and way more than Floyd.

No. At that point he did not have anything to loose.

Except his integrity and health.

I agree with you E-- I was just making a point that even though he had not gone on to 'fame & glory' with his 7 wins that he still wasn't exempt from being an idiot.

Jan Ullrich?

You need to stop pretending this is all about something that happened 13 years ago, it just makes you look silly

collected blood samples from Armstrong in 2009 and 2010 that were “fully consistent with blood manipulation including EPO use and/or blood transfusions.”

I believe all other doping is kind of a joke compared to the oxygen vector drugs. Not meaning they shouldn't be controlled and positives punished, just the results can't be compared.

That's rubbish. Steroids are fabulous for recovery and training. Fraud Landis had one heck of a 'roid rage riding into Morzine in '06. If you can't stay on the bike all day because your testosterone is depleted, then you can't maximize the benefit of the EPO.

All the dope Lance used is synergistic. Mastering that synergy has made Ferrari rich.

It will be worse than that, he will be the guy who cheated cancer victims. All time sporting low.

May I amend to "revealing/confirming his lack of integrity..."?

I do not see you posting on any Jan Ullrich thread so I guess your primary focus is on Lance correct? Same for me I am only interested in seeing my friend not drug through the trash.

That would be the NEXT scandal. Outside of cycling, they are still working on the one from 10 years ago.

You know, I'm actually okay with that. Let this one grind away for a good long while then bring on the .com/.org scam.

The data says otherwise. When you use the names like fraud landis it makes you look ignorant, just saying.

Well Bud, this is gonna be a rough time for you.

The best way forward for you and Lance is for him to come clean, beg for forgiveness and rebuild his reputation.

As the great philosopher Floyd Landis once said, "the truth will set you free."

Yeah, in investigation about why they [USADA ed] keep getting $ for testing that apparently doesn't work lol.

Exactly. Lance was racing all over the USA during 2009/2010. Gila, Nevada City, SanFrancisco to the City of the Angels. All over the USA. And whereabouts for OOC tests 24/7.

And no failed tests. The best the USADA can come up with is "blood values consistent with doping"? Give me a break. Give...Me...A...Break. Sounds more consistent with witch hunting if you ask me.

My very first thread on the CN forums dealt with a botched blood test on Lance very early during his come back. Lance tweeted a picture of his bruised bloodied arm from a unprofessional USADA attempt at taking a blood sample.
The USADA had to leave without a sample that day. Now I am not saying there was spite and malice in that attempted extraction - but it showed unprofessionalism.

Anyway, that very first thread of mine ended up getting locked down lol. Sorry mods for any extra work since then. You guys do not get enough thanks around here. And I am not just kissing up - it is so true.

Yes, his public whining for attention and 'vindication' has certainly been going on for a long time.

No rough time for me scott. Maybe a rough time for usada after the federal government cut's the budget on them and then the federal oversight ends up cutting the folks in charge of this great goose chase.

Floyd is a liar. Also if someone ever reads his twitter account they might get the impression he is either having mental issues or under the influence.
