Except GH denied he ever spoke to 60 minutes and has never revealed anything that was said to the GJ.
So now you want to imply that 60 minutes was lying when they claimed that George implicated LA in doping? 60 minutes did not say they spoke to George, they only said George testified about LA doping. George never denied that he testified, he only denied that he ever told anyone that he testified, or what he testified—much as one would expect him to do. Nothing George said then or since is in the slightest bit inconsistent with the 60 minutes revelations.
And if anything he said was so damning, then why no charges?
What do you think that fifteen page letter is about? If you mean why no federal charges, that was a criminal investigation, we have no reason to believe George's testimony would have been helpful with that.
A better question might be, if George did not implicate LA in doping as 60 minutes claimed he did, why has neither George nor LA sued the program? LA did make a lot of unhappy noises after that program was aired, but they stood by their story, and that was the end of it.
