If a TT specialist like Ben Jacques Maynes finishes 50th, you know this TT has nothing to do with strength or skill. just go down the mountain fastest

There's a 30km downhill and those aren't exactly steep climbs.
ALTITUDE + many attacks = no field.

Believe me.
Look at Utah, an easy stage with the last climb 25km from the finish. What happens? Gobernacions attack and 5 guys go to the finish with Anthony winning.

You are gruesomely underestimating the race

Gobersomething will eliminate 95% of people that beat them in TT's but won't get enough time on Leipheimer etc. Time trialists who can climb.

We'll see.

The counting guy clearly told him there would be cold beer at the finish. Andy looked very motivated afterwards.

I like the rider profiles they do.

Im getting a bit annoyed with Carltons sarcasm regarding Cadel and TDF.

"Cadel just so happened to win this little thing called the Tour".

" Last time Cadel was racing he was winning a little thing called the Tour de France"

We get it.

Huh? I have an influence on an event thousands of kilometers away. Man, I'm good.

;)

And even if a race turns out the way I predicted it would just be another reason to improve the course for next year

Andy's been last week doing pub reconnaissance. He can spare 10 minutes without drinking.
