Not so sure about that. Tour tracker shows the lone Columbian, Beltran, off the front on the Monarch pass downhill. What is he thinking ?? Suicide ???

Edit: Ahh, absorbed already? Hard to tell without video...

I would assume he went for the KOM points, so attacked just before the top.

That makes sense and I was thinking that. I thought a Columbian would take the KOM points at the summit earlier in the thread, but thought there would at least be one from each Columbian team up there..

My tour tracker GPS point keeps jumping around so it looked like he broke away after the top when I was zoomed-in.

what time the "video" broadcasting is supposed to start?

In 20 minutes. Read the thread or look at the tour tracker, this has been brought up several times.

Broadcast TV starts in 17 minutes, given how poorly the Shack Track webcast has been run, who knows.

Eurosport starts at then also, so pretty sure that it's in time.

I was a bit surprised that the break went off so quickly. With only one KOM on the day, it was a perfect opportunity for the teams to get on the podium today. Were they scared of the altitude? On simply not care?

OMG, they have a special mechanical graphic.

Epic.

I for one am glad that I was forewarned, otherwise the total confusion of seeing Basso in such trouble would have greatly upset me!

As much as I may disagree with our Governor, John Hickenloper made his bones as the owner of a fairly good micro-brewery, always a big plus.
