Hehe, domestiques should be called Knights in English too. Seems so fitting since they're riding after all.

Watching paint dry comes to mind ... but that might be too stimulating.
Maybe in another 30 km but I'll have probably dropped off by then.

The average speed is 33,5 when approaching to a climb on a stage like this? This is a freaking joke, in TdF a stage like this would have an average of above 40 surely.

That's because something might happen.

Here, we all sort of know the finish will underwhelm because it isn't steep enough or long enough, despite being the only uphill finish in the race.

Yeah, they've all decided to roll in today. Lots of riders on day 2 of altitude adjustment.

O My God! Just checked the stage we have tomorrow to spend some time, and it's apparently called the queen stage of this tour!!

it doesn't help that the roads are so open, flat and wide and yet the surrounding terrain looks so interesting! :(

In the Tour they don't ride constantly at 2000m+ altitude
