it doesn't help that the roads are so open, flat and wide and yet the surrounding terrain looks so interesting!

yeah, i was excited they had a stage in Vail -- until i saw it was on I-70... bah!

In the Tour they don't ride constantly at 2000m+ altitude

EPM-UNE and Gobernacion de Antioquia should've just pushed it along and dropped everyone.

Surely this is not a flat stage? This is the only uphill finish in the whole tour.
