He actually is. Duartista called it yesterday. So he knew about him. So there you have it.:p

Lol. I guess if some here what to call a rider who placed in the top 5 as a junior and is now nearing 28 years of age and has never won a ITT a "specialist", that's fine with me. I guess that our definitions of a specialists are different. Meh.

I'll taking my ball and going home now.:p

That sucked.

Great performance by Infantino though. Kinda ****ed me off that Kirby started banging on about needing confirmation on the time just because it was a rider he hadn't heard of.

Aaurgg... Yes Paul and Phil, it is the second largest ski station in NA

Whistler/Blackcomb is worlds better for hardcore skiing (as long as they have snow). Yes, and even considering that Beaver Creek's downhill race track is far superior...

That's because appearently you haven't dug far enough and not look at results of south american races (even the NC category ones).
You're the typical guy that looks up maybe CQ ranking and then thinks meh...But CQ ranking doesn't show many races results.

Bottle could have at least let CvV win :(. Oh well, Garmin and BMC have both got a couple of riders up there, so they'll combine with TJ to attack ... What do you mean Tommy D is ill and we've had all the hard finishes. I can hope, can't I?

This.

The Vuelta a Colombia is the only UCI ranked race in Colombia, but there is a full calendar of races there, many of which are at a higher level than other 2.2 races in South America.

Infantino jumped from 20th to 6th. Well done.

Levi is 38 years old, hardly breathing heavy at the finish. TJ, 22 falls on the ground in agony. telling if you ask me. i lived in aspen for 40 years as a bike racer. vail sucks, but i don't believe for one second that Levi is clean. i HATE VAIL† he is the antichrist of lance armstrong. alien = levi.

Right. I'm sure you could tell how tired the riders were. I guarantee that LL and all the other top contenders put everything they could into the time trial. Also, most of TJ's time on the ground was spent moping about losing the race lead. It's not that he was too tired to move.

Take your speculation, utterly lacking in anything remotely resembling evidence, to the Clinic.

+1, In fact he seemed dammed immature about it too (not as though he was that close to LL stage time at all). CVV being ****ed I could understand a lot more.

Having lived in both Aspen and Vail, I will tell you that there exists an irrational animosity amongst the younger, and/or perpetually insecure members within both communities. Each are convinced that their town is far superior to, and much maligned by the outside press, than the other. That silliness is rather evident in the post you responded to.

Again, too many people approach comparisons as zero-sum games.

I'm surprised at how poorly Van Garderen went today, it was hard to see him succumbing to his emotions. Still, the future is very bright for him and better days are to come. I hope HTC blows the race apart on Saturday and isolates Levi early on so the other GC guys can crack his ***.

I can't see any team isolating Levi from the rest of the Shack.

I think there will be some giddyup for the bonus seconds at the end between the top of the GC (not sure if I want to use the word sprint...). However, I see TJ being a little immature and trying to get away too often or too early and tiring himself out. I don't know though. I can't even say why that's my prediction

And they will have so many allies in Gobernacion and EPM that now have nothing to loose by going full attack.
