Interesting point on Eurosport.

Switch this with Cali and you have it in an ideal spot for TDF riders who fancy 2 weeks of altitude training - Andy & Ivan can do their ceremonial rides and the americans can fight it out.

Yeah... just be sure to bring snow tires and ski/half-track adapter kit. :p

why did we miss all images of Voigt (2nd) and Larsson (3rd)??

Just wondering.

Pretty sure they showed Voigt, unless they just commented on him (was a little away from the tv.)

They showed a replay of him going over the line and I think that was all.

Wouldn't there still be a lot of snow at 3000m in May? That would be a guarantee of 4% slopes, lower altitude and ceremonial rides. Eurosport:p

Tommy Danielson several years ago, absolutely smashed the record for the annual Lookout Mountain TT. Lookout Mountain will be the last climb this race faces this year (on the final stage).

No Infantino is a TT specialist.

And once again euro/american ignorance about south americans shows it face

I've never heard of the guy before today - I didn't think that would be such a shock to you.

The overall standard of the coverage is disappointingly amateurish. No one has seen the new leader come in, no split times, two complete idiots babbling....:(

Nice ride by Clement.

Fantastic director once again. Remidns me of Utah

Showing all the wrong riders

Exactly - as someone previously posted, it's tough to watch ITTs w/ no splits...apparently difficult to direct coverage w/o them as well.

Even though he is a specialist he isn't really that great in time trials from what I can see. But I guess good TT+good climber+altitude+Colombian = 25.51 :p
