Switch this with Cali and you have it in an ideal spot for TDF riders who fancy 2 weeks of altitude training - Andy & Ivan can do their ceremonial rides and the americans can fight it out.

Wouldn't there still be a lot of snow at 3000m in May? That would be a guarantee of 4% slopes, lower altitude and ceremonial rides. Eurosport

Even though he is a specialist he isn't really that great in time trials from what I can see. But I guess good TT+good climber+altitude+Colombian = 25.51
