UCI backroom dealing

Alejandro Valverde has refused the "deal" from the UCI

Alejandro Valverde (Caisse d'Epargne) has, according to the weekly Meta2Mil, refused to negotiate an early end to the crisis with the UCI. The international body has proposed the rider of the Caisse d'Epargne to accept his suspension without waiting for the verdict of the CAS be recognizing the "owner" of the pocket No. 18 labeled "Valv'Piti. In exchange for his suspension was reduced to end in July 2011 instead of January 1, 2012, and he would have kept the benefit of his victories in 2010.
Valverde's lawyers advised him to refuse and wait for the trial.

I think we will be seeing some 'Floyd-Emails" from Valverde a few years down the road. Especially if any uncaught Puerto buddies continue to ride on with success.

I'd like to sign up for helping out with the paperwork to set the runners up straight. 2nd gets 1st, 3rd gets 2nd, etc. Including chasing Valverde for the outstanding prize money to be returned.
Every rider disadvantaged could be sent a letter to what Valverde owns them. That's a lot of riders, if you go down the list of every results sheet. Some clean riders are bound to get something from this.
