What happened to netserk's rule that he must delete any post which contains any remotely connected doping word?

The one he used/made up on the spot, to defend having deleted my post that had almost nothing to do with doping but contained the word "Aicar", last month.

Use your great logic to spot the difference.

The absence of Porte indeed is a advantage for Nibali, but he really need to hope that Froome doesn't arrive at the Tour with the same form like this year. If this is the case, comparing with weather like in Tirreno, then he has a chance.

The stage to Leeds for example, looks a lot like the stage to Porto Saint'Elpidio, and these are the stages Froome is vulnerable. But if Froome hits his peak, he can get 2 minutes in the mountains and TT each.

Steady on... It's a good stage (to Sheffield btw) and something dramatic could well happen (most likely a crash taking out a big GC favourite) but the climbs are not in any way as steep as they were in that Tirreno stage!

Apparently the final climb on stage two gets up to 30%. Not as steep Tirreno but the stage is a nightmare to control.

It is funny to think about that at this time of the year last year, people was talking about Nibalis chances to beat Wiggo in the same manner as we now are talking about his chances to beat Froome :p

Next year he'll have to beat a rider who is not only better against the clock, but who is also a better climber than him. However, I don't see Froome approaching the same kind of form next year, so Nibs can certainly win le Tour if he can get the form that won him the Giro.

Strange? Lo always sounded perfectly logical to me. Il Squalo simply sounds wrong. . .
If you get used to it, yes. But when you look at the proper grammatical rule, it's not obvious at all, even for mothertongues
