Yes, quite a lot of them will get back on, but if they race hard from the bottom of the final climb those who were already dropped and then chased will be toast.

Presumably the plan is to render them an irrelevance, so that if Albasini gets dropped on the last climb he won't have people there to help him chase.

Yeah I'm thinking Garmin to go flat out from the bottom of the last climb to get rid of the domestiques, then Dan Martin to launch his attack early..

It's probably a pretty safe bet that Martin will attack on the climb. Cunego too probably.

It's going to be extremely difficult for anyone to stay away though.
