They'll need to call Pate back eventually. Ljungqvist said Wiggins wanted yesterday's stage to be ridden much harder so I guess they've got their wish today.

I guess Stortoni has been called back to help Lampre chase later, but that Preidler is gone seems strange. Crashed maybe?

I know its only March, but for him & Gessink, I can't help thinking, its not going to happen at the last chance saloon.

Gesink has much more potential, although he wastes it all the time. Roche however just isn't a top talent. I don't know if he was ever hyped but those 15th something places in the Tour are just his level. He should be glad AG2R let him be team leader for such a long time. He's also wasting his his best years by riding Tour-Vuelta double every season, and I think that will have significantly shortened his career by now.
