No, not by a long shot. Gaviria and Kittel (if Kittel gets his train together). And Viviani is awesome this season as well.

Plus there are riders that are pretty much the same level if not better, like Caleb Ewan etc

Pauwels is second best in GC in the break, 3 minutes behind.

Dunno, but the difference is still more than 3 minutes. I think we can safely assume Kwiatkowski wins the GC and anyone not in the break will lose at least 1/2 min
