Looked like there was a lot of wind. As for Nairoman, just because he looked effortless when following Bernal it doesn't mean he had the reserves to attack.

He didn't look fresh honestly.

They did a terrible job showing the original attack. I don't know where Yates was positioned but maybe that's also why he was a bit back initially.

Indeed. Portraying Quintana as a wheelsucker is one of the most ridiculous memes in this forum. The guy went on a 50km attack only a couple of weeks ago. It's clear he's on the limit following Bernal here; not all riders gurn like Dumoulin or Martin when they are about to drop.
