Vingegard can't do Catalunya and Basque Tour after already doing Tirreno and gran camino. His love supply is running low after being forced to spend 10 days away from his family, he needs to recharge since his watts run on love.

I'm sure if Vingegard get enough family time before le tour, Pogacar even with a competent coach can't beat him

only I find it a bit strange how the team against Pog in Catalonia is underestimated. Vingo had Ayuso, O Connor, Hindley, Arensman against him at Tireno and he was praised everywhere, ok deservedly so, but Pog in Catalonia has Kus, Cian, Vlasov against him ,Thomas, Mas, Yates and everyone says that Pog will sweep it smoothly and as it is normal, it doesn't hold water for me, so the competition is stronger in Catalonia than Tireno or isn't that right?

Lol, is this account being run by two people? One of the reasons people think that it will be a walk in the park, is because you keep telling us it will be

of course it will be a walk in the park, but I don't like that the competition is underestimated and people praise Vingo and he got weaker players than Pog will sweep these in Spain, I don't like double standards, only that Pog will sweep them, that is not in doubt at all. ...

If Kuss, Yates and Thomas bring their A-game, it's a hard field. I'm just not seeing any signs of that. Hindley, O'Connor & Ayuso were in shape to climb well in March.

The competition doesn't matter. Both Jonas and pogi are racing ther numbers in preparation for other things. Jonas had no reason to go as hard as he did other than to test himself.

At this stage Uijtebroeckx is worse than Ayuso, Kuss has not yet proved to be a great leader, but if there's a week long race he could be a major force in, it should of course be this one. Also I'm certain that people will also be praising Pogačar once he's actually won the race.

that's the beauty that there are 2 opposing sides, but I have an advantage, I have a Pog power profile and no one has a Vingo, so.... what I saw in Tireno is similar to Itzulia 2023

Itzulia efforts were different efforts from TA.

Itzulia were 10 min efforts.
Petrano and san giacomo were 25/30 min efforts.
but the performance was at a similar level, regardless of the competition and the length of the hill, I see the sharpness of the attack and how hold the pace was after that

He was better than at PN 2023 and TA 2022 though (the same time of the year).

Petrano was at the level of Paris-Nice after the initial attack and Giacomo at the level of Itzulia according to my view of performance

???

Where in Paris-Nice did he ever do something like that?
Well, Del Toro had a faster pace after Vingo opened 7-8 seconds over Ayuso, or I didn't see it well, he put Ayuso in red and only had 26 seconds at the end and he was a dead man halfway up the hill

That's your main problem. You don’t have the data of Vingegaard. And i will also say you don't the data of Evenepoel because he will improve, even if he is less favorite than Vingegaard.

If you saw the power Vingegaard did on Mont Petrano, he did quietly 6.72 w/kg in the first 20 minutes of the climb, and we are just in march.

6.5/6.6 w/kg that he did on petrano and san giacomo, almost 30 min efforts.

at 2km to the end, Vingo had 59 seconds over Del Toro, at the end 36 seconds, but no deliberately slowed down a lot than in the last 150 m, I saw Vingo breathing through his gills in the last 1.5 km and revs drastically go down ....

I'm still waiting for which performance in Paris-Nice that was comparable to what he did on Petrano.

The guy wrote a 15,000-word preview of a race that everyone knows who's going to win it. Respect

There was definitely slow down in the end to celebrate. Looked very much like he was going in to a headwind without anyone to take turns with.
