I agree that likely today it's UAE that should make the move, as for Red Bull there are better stages to come for that. Strength vice likely UAE could be considered as a team with more options on this race, still, when it comes to team leaders i feel that Rogla will make the difference, due to better overall individual quality. There is still more then 40 days till Giro but i feel that the form is raising and the level should suffice for Catalunya. Starting today, this race should prove to be a nice benchmark towards the season main goals.

Really looking forward to see what Bernal can do. It's his first race back from injury, of course, but he looked fantastic before, and apparently only lost a couple of days of training.

His injury wasn't bad. Doubt he lost any form. He was riding outside again not even a week after his "fracture". So he should be good.

Yeah, when it's this slow we don't even get to see riders getting spit out the back and the, I assume for some riders, embarrassing closeups of them as they struggle.
